We have a Reliability Engineer Position to fill for a mining client in Kamloops, BC. The contract is for 4 to 6 mos with high possibility of extension.  

The Reliability Engineer will focus on enhancing system reliability, predicting potential failures, and optimizing equipment maintenance to improve overall operational performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. 

The project will be in Kamloops, BC. Wage is very competitive plus all the additional coverage (vehicle, housing, travel, etc.) 

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential. You must be self-motivated and collaborate well with a team. The 
ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands and remain flexible and organized in a fast-paced environment is vital. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement reliability programs to increase system uptime and reduce maintenance costs. 

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and solve equipment failures and system breakdowns.
